The Reserve is conveniently located at 1322 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236, near Downtown Sarasota, at 41 South and the 14th Street intersection. You can get there from I-75 and 275.
Take the University Exit, turn left at the Ringling Museum intersection of 41. Follow 41 (headed South) for 5 miles.
Take the 41 exit, head South on 41 until you near Downtown Sarasota. You'll see The Reserve on the left (three big red buildings; it's kind of hard to miss!) Then, you'll want to turn left on 15th Street and go South on Cocoanut. Take a right turn on either 13th or 14th Streets. Please see parking information below.
APPROACH INFORMATION (Due to Construction on 41):
Sarasota is currently installing a roundabout at 14th Street and 41 South and has eliminated left-hand turns if you are headed southbound toward Sarasota Downtown. You can avoid construction and easily get to The Reserve if you are southbound by turning left at the lighting store (Light Up Your Life) and heading South on Cocoanut to a right-hand turn on 14th Street.
We have 100 parking spaces immediately south of our location, at West Indies (1312 N. Tamiami Trail) and after 5 pm, at the Center for Arts & Humanity (1226 N. Tamiami Trail), also directly south of our building. Parking is also: 1) In The Reserve lot (concrete spaces or spaces on the pebbles), 2) On-site in our designated parking area at the intersection of 14th and 41 (follow the small brown Reserve sign). All are a very short walk to The Reserve.
