From Yelp:

"I fell in love with this place today. It is a coffee shop, bar, book store, tasting room and bed and breakfast only a couple minutes from the beach. Not to mention the buildings were on the original Ringling circus lot! I am a huge fan of the theater or a show (wherever it may be, on the street or on the stage) and I love historic buildings so this place was absolutely perfect for me. I feel like I left a little piece of my heart there today, it was everything I loved all in one place! Also, the owner, Jessica, was so sweet and let my husband taste all the beers they had on tap! What an absolutely wonderful place." - Cassandra

From Facebook:

“A nice place to linger...pick a cheese and a sausage and they'll lay it out on a board with crackers/hummus/balsamic for you to munch on along with a nice craft on tap beer or wine selection...we were there about noon on a Saturday and the different buildings were staffed with three very pleasant and friendly millennials who genuinely cared about our visit and our selections...grab a book or a board game and find your own little nook. Not a place for being in a hurry which is nice...enjoyed the photos on the fireplace of the old days at this location with circus performers on the lawn. We'll be back for a music night next. Seems like a gem!” -JMJ

“Great atmosphere and service! A lovely spot to read or relax with family and friends!! Very unique and cozy! Love this place!” -EG

“I love this place. It's SO charming! The [owners] have done the perfect thing with this stunning place. Coffee in the AM and stay for wine and cheese in the PM. Plenty of books to purchase and they even have a delicious cider on tap! Highly recommed getting over there!” -NH

From Yelp:

“Oh my goodness...this place is adorable! I just moved to Sarasota and this coffee shop/wine bar/book store/meeting place reminds me so much of the North East with its decor! I recently met up with some friends for coffee at 8 am mid-week and I couldn't believe how busy they were (they had just opened)! However after exploring the many offerings of this cute shop, I'm no longer surprised! My friends and I decided to pop over to the quieter side of The Reserve (the side opposite to the coffee bar) and grabbed a room upstairs so we could chat more in privacy. “ -SM

“I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great place to relax with friends over a piping hot cup of Joe. I can't speak to the evening atmosphere, but I can imagine it would be lovely as I heard they have live music there, as well!” -CS

“Wow, I'm no longer as nostalgic for NorCal. Sarasota keeps striving to be the best little gem in Florida and keeps winning. This is a great place and not to be missed. Excellent live music and happy, eclectic people in a historical building. Lovely. In grateful addition, good beer on tap or in a bottle. People were also raving about the coffee. The book selection was also notable. The owners and staff were helpful and kind.” -KG

“First impressions are everything. This place might be my new favorite. Love the atmosphere! Coffee, craft beer & wine AND a great selection of books in a well-appointed space with a cool urban vibe. Lots of seating to set up your lap top and get [stuff] done too. Had a lovely cappuccino made by Rachel who was super welcoming and informative. Can't wait to check out all the Reserve has to offer including the AirBNB spaces and live music.” -SS
