The Reserve is a unique urban gathering place in Downtown Sarasota that serves a variety of Buddy Brew coffee and tea beverages, as well as craft beers (on tap or bottled), and tasty wines, kombucha and light bites. Located in historically significant Ringling Buildings, we also have a great selection of curated books from bestsellers to beach reads. You can enjoy your beverage in our beautiful courtyard, or you can take it with you. We also offer packaged beers and wines to go. Meeting space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also frequently have live musical performances. The Reserve is a special place where great conversations happen every day. Come spend some quality time with your friends here.

Prior to serving as a Managing Director of The Reserve, Kim has amassed more than 20 years of experience serving companies from Fortune 500s and Fortune 1000s to medium-sized and small businesses.
She possesses deep experience in strategy; marketing; communications; culture and employee engagement, and change management. She has helped C-level executives & executive teams conceptualize, strategize, and execute transformational initiatives that transform their businesses and unleash their full potential while meeting established business objectives.
Kim has several years of experience in global communications consulting for a leading company in the business process outsourcing space (the company has approximately 60,000 employees across more than 20 countries worldwide).
Kim has served as Vice President and Practice leader for Aon Consulting and currently serves Aon Hewitt and Hewlett-Packard (HP) in a communications consulting capacity. Her career experience includes some of the world’s top 2C and B2B brands: Bloomin' Brands (Outback Steakhouse); Campbell Soup Company; Coca-Cola/Sprite; Ford Motor Company Fund; General Motors (Saab); HP; Kraft; Philips Consumer Electronics; Procter & Gamble; Swanson Broth; VELVEETA, Walmart, & more.
She is a certified Prosci Change Management professional, as well as a published author and editor with numerous book, website, & magazine credits.
Kim has been a resident of the North Trail since the year 2000. Now, Kim brings her extensive experience into developing The Reserve into a “Village Concept,” and making the North Trail a better place to spend time, live and work.
Jessica has 20-plus years of proven experience in building businesses and developing successful and profitable real estate ventures.
Her professional experience includes professional employer organizations (PEOs), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms. She is a broad-based, multi-functional consultant who is certified in Life & Health insurance and also in HR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
Jessica is passionate about helping organizations achieve breakthrough results. She leverages current and emerging marketplace trends to solve business objectives, both current and future. From startups and turnarounds, to a private equity-backed HR services firm to a global consulting organization (Aon Consulting), she has driven effective strategies and execution, and improved overall business performance for the companies she has served.
In additional to developing The Reserve and its “Village Concept,” Jessica is hard at work launching The Reserve VA – bringing the family’s Virginia farm, vineyards, and products to Sarasota.
